Japan Urban Security Research Institute
The JUSRI was established to conduct research into ways to prevent the current increase in crime from the perspective of urban environmental design. It carries out surveys throughout Japan into the present state of crime and awareness of crime prevention, which it applies to the creation of crime prevention policies. To realize urban environments that discourage the occurrence of crime, the JUSRI networks with manufacturers of construction materials and housing, and specialists in a range of fields.
Defense Research Center
The DRC was established to consider security issues throughout Japan. It conducts surveys and analysis into the international environment and military situation in Japan, proposes optimal defense policies, and invites academics and researchers from all over the world to seminars, discussions, and symposia that it organizes.
Sports activities
ALSOK's sports club is active in a wide range of sports. It has recorded particular success in judo, kendo, wrestling, and walking, and has been a springboard for numerous Japan national champions and Olympics participants. We also hold a semi-annual judo training camp, giving the opportunity for children from throughout Japan to learn about the fun of judo with well-known instructors.

It now numbers 61 members, who appear in exhibitions, ceremonies, and events throughout Japan under the motto "with strength, correctness, and warmth, and not forgetting a sense of appreciation".
